What we collect
What you enter into a form on this site: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the cover you are asking about and anything you choose to tell us. To prepare a quote a carrier may also need information about your vehicles, property, business or driving history, which we collect from you directly.
Why we collect it
To prepare quotes, to place and service your policies, and to reply to you. We share it with the carriers we quote you with. We do not sell your information to lead buyers and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
Calls and texts
If you tick the consent box we may contact you by phone, text and email about your quote or your policy. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop texts and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Cookies and third parties
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The map on the contact page and the two educational videos on the annuities page are embedded from Google and YouTube and are the only third-party content on the site. If that changes we will say so here.
How long we keep it
Policy records are kept for the life of the policy and for the period Texas law and our carriers require afterwards. Quote enquiries that do not become policies are kept for two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
